SHIPPING POLICY
All of my products will be shipped through USPS with a tracking number provided. Pre-made tack items will ship within two to three business days of purchase.

USPS First Class - $4
USPS Priority - $8

If faster shipping is needed for your tack to arrive for a birthday, holiday, etc. please let me know so we can work to decide which shipping profile would be the best!

I can ship through FedEx or UPS if you prefer those. Please contact me for a shipping quote on the items you wish to purchase.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I am not responsible for any delays that may happen when a shipping provider is in possession of your tack.
RETURN POLICY
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations on purchases but if your tack does happen to have an issue with it (broken part upon arrival, incorrect color, etc.) please contact me so I may assist you in making sure everything is perfect!
PROCESSING TIMES
Pre-made items have a set processing time of two to three business days to be packaged and dropped off at the post office. Custom made items have varying processing times which will be listed when your order is placed. Custom orders will be completed within the processing time and shipped out by or before their due date.
Please note I am only one person. Unforeseen events may pop up and cause delays. If this ever happens I will always be sure to keep you informed.
